Tips for Making Delicious Egg Sandwiches in Thailand
How to Boil Eggs
Since Thailand is hot, it’s important to cool boiled eggs thoroughly in ice water. This gives them that perfect bouncy texture!
Choosing Bread
Thai bread is slightly sweeter, so adding a bit more salt will bring it closer to the Japanese taste.
Storage Method
In hot Thailand, put it in the refrigerator immediately after making! But please eat it while it’s still fresh.
